How NOVARA handles personal information when you use our website and services.
Information we collect and why
We collect details you provide through enquiries, accounts, quotations and orders, including name, contact details, company, billing information, project requirements and messages. We process basic technical data such as IP address, browser details, timestamps and server logs for security and operation. We use this information to respond, quote, manage accounts and orders, deliver and support services, prevent abuse, keep necessary business records and improve the website. We do not sell personal information.
Payments and service providers
When online payment is enabled, card details are entered on the hosted page of the bank or payment provider, not on NOVARA's website. We may receive a transaction reference, amount, currency and status. We do not request or store card numbers, CVV, PINs or full card credentials. Hosting, email, database and payment suppliers process information only as needed to provide their services.
Retention and security
We retain information only as reasonably needed for the purpose collected, contractual records, disputes, security and applicable obligations. We use encrypted transport, access controls, hashed passwords and session tokens, and restricted administration. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete personal information, subject to records we must retain for legitimate contractual, security or legal reasons. Send requests from the relevant email address so we can verify them. Some providers may process data outside Jordan under their own safeguards. Our commercial services are intended for adults and authorized business representatives.
