The questions we're asked most often, answered plainly.
Do you work in Arabic and English?
Yes. Every project is bilingual and RTL-first by default. Arabic is designed alongside English, not translated afterwards.
Is advertising spend included in your prices?
No. Ad budget is paid directly to the platform so you keep full control and visibility. Our fee is for the work, never the media.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
Monthly packages run month to month — give notice before the next cycle and they stop. Projects are fixed-scope and quoted up front.
Who owns the final work?
You do, once the invoice is settled — including source files, documentation and, for software, the full codebase.
Do I need an account to buy?
No. You can browse, add to cart and check out as a guest. An account is optional and only stores your history.
How do payments work right now?
Online card payment is enabled only once a provider is configured. Until then, checkout offers bank transfer and written quotations — never a form that pretends to charge you.
